Hilary Duff gets engaged!

hilaryduffbag.jpgHilary Duff has been spotted proudly displaying an ENORMOUS ring after getting engaged to her boyfriend of two years, Mike Comrie.

The hockey player proposed to Hilary while on holiday in Hawaii, and the Gossip Girl actress was said to "completely surprised" by the gesture.

Her sister Haylie, who said she didn't know all the details of the event, just that it was "very romantic", told the press "I think most of the time people figure it out or have some idea that it's going to happen, and I think it's great he was able to do a surprise like that for her."
