Heidi Montag makes first red carpet appearance since her renovation

No, no, that's not Barbie. But I wouldn't blame you for being confused, what with the pink dress, blonde hair and plastic face.

This was the debut of Heidi Montag's new face after she underwent extensive surgery consisting of a massive TEN procedures, including breast and chin implants.

She showed off her dramatic plastic surgery transformation at a party at Las Vegas's Pure Nightclub that she hosted with husband Spencer Pratt, and spoke to the press about how happy she was with it.

Heidi told People magazine "My favourite part, I think one of them is my chin. I think that's what I was so excited about. And I love my boobs but I still want to improve... I didn't get them as big as I originally wanted."

Let's be honest, she may as well just go the whole way and get the Mattel logo tattooed on her behind now.
