Grammys: That's a nice dress you're nearly wearing Katy!

Despite the many opportunities for an untimely wardrobe malfunction, Katy Perry looked ravishing at the Post-Grammy party at the W Hotel. Wearing a plunging mermaid dress that left precious little to the imagination, all she needed was a bit more uplift (and an entire roll of 'modesty tape') to make the dress a success.

Continuing the latest trend for backless and nude, Katy's blush-hued gown ticked the right boxes, with a heavy shower of sequins to make it truly spectacular. Asked about their wedding plans, Katy and fiancé Russell Brand were tight-lipped with Russell joking, 'We are going to do the wedding naked!'
