Does Lindsay Lohan have more shoes than Imelda Marcos?

Is there no end to Lindsay Lohan's woes? Her acting career looks to be on the slide, her fashion career is an industry joke and her dad has alluded to problems with prescription drugs. But it gets worse. Pictures have emerged of the extent of Lindsay's shopaholic compulsion and it's not pretty. Her Hollywood mansion houses rooms piled high with unworn clothes, endless boxes of shoes and enough clothes rails to fill a small warehouse.

Video footage from the US TV show, The Insider features Lindsay Lohan talking about her problems. 'It's kind of a sore subject,' she says. 'That's personal stuff that I have to, you know, work on.' No kidding. And I thought Imelda Marcos had a shoe habit...
