Mary J Blige honoured at Essence Black Women in Music reception

Hip hop royalty, Mary J Blige worked the red carpet in diva style at the Essence Black Women in Music reception. Nine time Grammy award-winner, Blige owned the red carpet in an orange curve-hugging one-shoulder dress and fierce black heels. The Hollywood bash, held in her honour is the first of countless events planned in Hollywood in the run up to the Grammys.

Blige will be performing a special version of Bridge Over Troubled Water at the awards on Sunday which will be available to download after the event with proceeds benefiting the Haiti relief effort.
