Not your average demure little number, Fergie's Michael Kors LBD consists of a sexy knee-length sheath with an edgy leather peplum. The Black Eyed Peas star was supporting hubby, Josh Duhamel who stars in the rom-com.

In other Black Eyes Peas news, Digital Spy reports that the band are in hot water over their single, Boom Boom Pop. Hip hop star, Phoenix Phenom claims the track is too similar to one of her own and is suing the band for copyright infringement. Yikes.
