Tom Felton gets some winter sun. Still deathly pale.

It's a bit of a weird experience when you realise that the Harry Potter cast are all grown up these days - and with only one more film left to go, they only have to pretend to be schoolchildren for another year or so.

Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy) was snapped on holiday with his girlfriend Jade Gordon in Miami (although they were with her family, proving he's not that much of a grown up just yet...).

The pair seemed keen to get some winter sun, although in a sea of perfect tans, Tom's skin never seemed to get darker than medium porcelain. We wonder if he's under contract with Warner Bros to stay pale and interesting at all times...

He actually posted on his Twitter account that he will be back filming on Monday the 4th - so he can't get sunburned or have a tan because of the filming.

And her name is Jade Olivia not Gordon.
