Russell Brand spotted shopping for a diamond ring?

Russell Brand has once again set off rumours that he's going to propose to girlfriend Katy Perry after he was spotted shopping for a diamond ring.

According to the Daily Mail, Russell was spotted in Cartier in West London in a 'focused state of mind' as he tried to remain inconspicuous/do his best spy impression in a black overcoat and dark glasses.
