Kate Moss - why so smug?

Kate Moss was snapped out and about in London looking...well pretty pleased with herself actually.

Despite potentially still nursing what must be the mother of all hangovers after her drink and dance-athon at the Take That SingStar launch last week, Kate was spotted cracking a rare smile as she went about her shopping.

Perhaps she'd just spotted the perfect crimbo present for boyfriend Jamie Hince? Or more importantly, her Topshop boss and friend Philip Green...after all, what on earth do you get the multi-million pound retail mogul who has everything?
