Fearne Cotton 'needs sex for a release'

Fearne Cotton has revealed that her favourite ways to chillax after a long day at the Radio One studio are drink, chocolate and sex.

In an interview with the Observer she said: "you get so pent up with work and everything else in life you can't deny yourself everything. Drink, chocolate sex - you need that release.

"I get a really good release from having a drink, or a run or having sex. All three at the same time and I'd probably explode with joy."

However, she goes on to explain that being a bit of a lightweight, moderation is our Fearne's buzzword: "If I'm going out for cocktails with the girls I'll probably be p*ssed on four or five drinks

"I swear by balance. Have the odd night out where you get really p*ssed, have the odd day where you eat loads of cake but then do exercise and be watchful of what you eat."
