Courtney Love looks and acts insane. Again. Some more

We've said it before and we'll say it again - what's happened to Courtney Love's face?

Staggering about at the premiere of The Lovely Bones in New York, Ms Love attracted attention for her lace dress, mangled visage and generally crackers demeanor.

To be fair, her dress is a fairly on-trend bet for xmas, complete with stylish velvet and lace. However, the effect is totally ruined when you insist on staggering about all night and pulling strange faces at the camera.

Then again, this is the woman who just weeks ago insisted that Britney Spears is being abused by her father. Via Faceboook. It's probably safe to assume that Courtney's going through another on of her 'funny spells.'
