Brittany Murphy dies, aged 32

Sad news - reports have come in that Brittany Murphy died yesterday, aged just 32.

According to TMZ: Brittany was found unconscious in the shower by her mother yesterday morning. 'A 911 call was made at 8:00 AM from a home in Los Angeles that is listed as belonging to her husband, Simon Monjack.'

Brittany was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre, where she was pronounced dead on arrival.

The Clueless and 8 Mile actress had been dogged with problems in recent weeks and was reportedly fired from her latest film The Caller for being problematic on set.
