Blake Lively makes knitwear work harder at SNL after party

Blake Lively looks like she needed some sort of industrial machinery to force herself into these supers-skinny jeans, but she's certainly got casual Christmas style down.

Attending the Saturday Night Live after party over the weekend, Blake resisted the temptation to go for a generic party frock and heels combo. Instead, she wore a tres flattering green jumper, a biker jacket and some fierce statement heels.

She's certainly winning all the arguments for knitwear as party wear. It's enough to make us hit the high street in the search of cut-price cashmere.
