Are Russell Brand and Katy Perry engaged?

Looks like Russell Brand decided to put a ring on Katy Perry after just three months together. According to the Sunday Mirror, the comedian asked the singer to marry him last week during her visit to the UK.

A source told the paper: " Russell knows Katy's the one for him. He's never been into a girl like he has with her and they're besotted. He asked her to marry him last week and she quickly said yes.

"They don't know when the wedding will be but they are planning to make it in 2010 if the schedules can work."

Russell is apparently now on the hunt for an engagement ring to present to Miss Perry on New Year's eve...
