Whitney Port proves that orthopedic shoes are the way forward at Jimmy Choo launch...

Another day, another designer collection for the high street. This time it's Jimmy Choo doing the honours for H&M, and they certainly managed to attract a fair few celebs to their launch in West Hollywood yesterday.

It being Jimmy Choo and everything, all eyes were on the feet, which is why Whitney Port's leopard print wedged ankle boots caught our eye. They look a little bit like orthopedic disco shoes, but we sort of like them - it might be because Whitney had the good sense to team them with an entirely black outfit and pared-down hair and makeup.

Of course they've go the added advantage of being the perfect party season shoes. They're statement, can be worn with jeans or a dress and won't make your feet hurt after hours on the dance floor. Hmmm, maybe Whitney's on to something...

Maybe she is onto to something. I know if I am going to be on my feet for most of the day and I wear orthopedic shoes, my feet don't bother me at all. Maybe I should switch over to orthopedic shoes for good.
