Kelly Obsourne hosts Swatch re-launch party

Kelly Osbourne has taken time out of her busy Dancing with Stars schedule (she's in the semi-final now you know...) to host a Swatch Brand re-launch this week. Nope, we're not sure why Kelly's hosting it either.

Kelly proved what a card she is by...wearing a watch on each arm. That girl is hilarious! Maybe she thought such high jinks would distract from the big old sailor tats on her arm. On a not unrelated note, we're not sure why she's wearing a cloche either. Bad hair day?
