Katy Perry gets vintage and old fashioned confused
Katy Perry appears to have found a time machine, which she's about to use right after the Samsung Behold it Premiere Launch.
Katy's working a series of not quite old enough to be vintage looks, from her Dynasty-era dress, which makes her look a bit like a Las Vegas dancer on her night off (not in a good way) to her super-straight ironed hair (do you remember spending the whole of 2000 with your hair straighteners in your hand?).
The overall effect is just a bit old fashioned, but not in the retro way we've come to know and love from Miss Perry. We can only assume she exhausted all her decent outfits for 2010 at the MTV European Music Awards last month and is stuck wearing what's left in the back of her wardrobe...
