Kate Moss gets her first spot in fifteen years

Kate Moss was spotted leaving Nobu Berkley last night after five hours in the restaurant with Jamie Hince and friends.

What's notable about this picture is that after a five hour sesh Kate manages to negotiate the path from the exit to her waiting car without being propped up by boyfriend Jamie, which makes a nice change.

It's also worth noting that Kate apparently went out...with a spot. Yep that's right, in fifteen odd years in the business, Kate has finally had her first zit. The annoying thing is, now she's been spotted with one we'll all be wearing them by Christmas.
