Florence Welch goes army surplus-tastic

Florence Welch, of Florence and the Machine, is fast becoming our new style crush.

Snapped at the Radio 1 studios yesterday, she demonstrates perfectly how to wear a vintage men's army jacket without looking a) like you're in fancy dress or b) like you're in Dad's Army.

By teaming it with a lacy frock, she stops the whole thing from going too mannish, and we love the military style across-body bag.
