Cheryl Cole celebrates news that she's highest earning WAG with a (Croydon) facelift
Cheryl Cole's not had to bad a week really - she's knocked Victoria Beckham off her throne as the highest earning WAG and managed to save X Factor dweeb Lloyd from the chop for the zillionth week in a row last night.
Following even more snaps of her and Ashley apparently arguing appearing on Friday and Saturday, Chezza managed to put a brave face on it, although she was apparently forced to resort to a Croydon facelift in order to keep smiling.
It's interesting to note that she's still got her wedding ring planted firmly on her finger here, although with all the extra wedge she's now earning, she could have easily binned the old one and had a replica knocked up just to shut everyone up...
