Hilary Duff bags a parking ticket

It's hard being Hilary Duff. Maintaining her highlighted locks with a trip to the hair salon (an a-list necessary, obviously) and she was landed with a parking ticket.

She didn't look too impressed with this turn of events, but still took the opportunity to flash her Givency Nightingale satchel at anyone in the vicinity. It may be a little out of our price range, but we're loving the metallic detailing - whoever said oversized bags were over?
