Kelly Osbourne's discovered her inner Madge

Author, sleek fashionista, 1940s starlet, looks like Kelly O has gone somewhat style schizophrenic of late. This time she's all vintage with what appears to be a blonde perm and rather nifty hair piece.

However KO is saved from going down the fancy dress route with a body con dress and very stylish denim jacket. The result is bang on trend and just a little it early Madonna (but in a good way). She also gets props for taking a doggy bag with her as she leaves Ciccone restaurant in LA.
