Forget the changed lifestyle, after some of her recent outfits, Mischa Barton's gym gear is looking like the biggest improvement.

We were all so quick to judge her wasted expression before, but judging by her post-work-out look, poor old Misch might just be a bit low on energy. Unless, of course, she's been taking tips from Lohan and there's something very different in that water bottle...
