Heidi and Spencer find a way to fight off the boredom at G.I Joe premiere

Heidi and Spencer Pratt might be the type to try and spin some publicity out of a trip to the crapper, but we can't say blamed them for taking a copy of Playboy to the G.I Joe premiere - you're gonna need something to help you get through that film... It's about the right reading level for Pratt, too.

Heidi might be the one who let Hugh Heffner smear her in... what is that? Mud? Chocolate? Lindsay Lohan's fake tanning product? - but her fellow guest Sienna Miller probably still managed to bag the night's biggest slut prize.
