Britney Spears receives lifetime achievement award

Now that she's hit the grand old age of 27 (Disney years are the same as dog years, so that actually works out at 189), Britney Spears is ready for her Teen Choice Lifetime Achievement Award... She's achieved so much - two marriages, two children, 5 billion Frappuccinos, erm, a few number one hits...

She might be looking a little rough around the edges (did that hair really warrant a 9 hour salon visit?), but the one thing you can't knock is her outfit - not when you remember the denim monstrosity (co-ordinated with then-boyfriend Justin Timberlake) that she wore to the same event eight years ago. Vast improvement.
