Russell Brand tries to take Manhattan

We've finally thought of something that Russell Brand loves more than himself; his Sass & Bide Rat Leggings - a rodent so vile we'd be happy to see the whole species vanish up Richard Gere's a-hole.

Still, Russ is New York's problem right now - or, more to the point, he will be when he presents MTV's VMA's later this summer. According to reports, he's been ordered to keep things clean after quipping about the Jonas Brothers' alleged virginity last year. Still, whatever he says, it can't be more offensive than these leggings...

    You Brits have GOT to get over this whole "Sachs-gate" thing. Andrew Sachs got over it, for f***'s sake. Leave Brand alone, he has the kind of sense of humor that makes you people tolerable.
