Leighton Meester gets a dressing down

Woah, has Blair Wardorf had a wardrobe crisis? Blake Lively and Leighton Meester were spotted filming Gossip Girl scenes in New York yesterday - and while Serena's style was up to usual form, her usually immaculate pal had ditched her preppy pieces for some leggings, flip flops and specs.

Is this the character's new look, or is Meester just having a dressed down day while she practices her lines? Let's hope for the latter - Gossip Girl just wouldn't be the same without the wardrobes...
