Nicola Roberts very close to stealing Cheryl Coles' style crown

We've said it before and we'll say it again, didn't Nicola Roberts do well?! The Girls Aloud might have started out in the background of the group, but not only is she now a true contender for Cheryl Coles' style crown, but she's got the hiperatti queuing up to pat her on the back...

At last night's Ponystep.com party in London, the red head rubbed shoulders with hot design luminaries such as Charles Anastase, Louise Gray and Richard Nichol (names we're not sure Chezza's even heard of) and over movers and, er, shakers like Beth Ditto.

Good work, Nic - now start your own fashion line and show those band mates of yours how to really dress.
