Hayden Panettiere's naked ambition

Hayden Panettiere might have flashed her pins at last night's I Love You Beth Cooper photo call, but there's a lot more on show in the actual film...

The Heroes star told reporters that no body doubles or tan body stockings were used during the flick's nude scenes...

"I was really naked. I had these little sticky petals on my boobs, but that was about it," she said. "My dad calls me such an exhibitionist. He always says, 'God, even when you were little, you were such an exhibitionist'."

Well, that's one way to try and get people to the box office... Not sure what it says about the film though...?
