Yes, while he may have been absent from her 16th birthday party - well, being 20 he would probably only have been asked to babysit most of the guests - Miley Cyrus's new boyfriend is most definitely in her family's good books.

"He is a great guy, a really talented guy," Miley's dad Billy Ray told reporters - adding that he thinks Justin is great company for his daughter.

Really talented? At being an underwear model? I don't want to think about what that could possibly mean...
