Victoria and David Beckham at their fragrance launch, NYC: not their best look

Just when you thought they might be getting it right... Victoria and David Beckham revert to type. Bless 'em.

Here they were stopping traffic in New York yesterday as they launched their new 'Signature' range of fragrances at Macy's.

Their red carpet outfits of choice were, as you can see, a comedy Rupert The Bear check suit for him; and a grey '60s-style mini dress, slicked back hair and black thigh-high PVC platform boots for her.

As I say: not. Their. Best. Look.

Note to Americans: not everyone in Britain dresses like this. No, really. They don't.
