Here she was on the red carpet for the Los Angeles premiere of her new western (as opposed to her old western), Appaloosa.
I'm not sure who her black cocktail dress is by - I'm guessing Carolina Herrera - but as you can see, Renée's hair has grown and... Well, is it just me, or does the combination of this frock, that hair and that pose scream 'Cyndi Lauper'? Thank goodness '80s fashion is coming back in style!
