Kate Moss panics after thieves break into her car

Kate Moss was in a flap - understandably - when thieves broke into her Range Rover outside her home, reports the Daily Mirror. Mainly because she wasn't sure if she'd left a diamond ring in it. No, really.

But not to worry, Mossy! Because all they made off with was a £10 note... and a box of Quality Street chocolates. No, really.

"Kate was absolutely distraught when she saw broken glass on the driveway and realised that her car had been broken into," a friend tells the paper. "She wasn't sure what she'd left on the backseat and initially feared they'd got away with a £200k diamond solitaire ring. Then she had a closer look and was thrilled to find just how little was missing."

Note to self: must not leave diamond rings lying around in 4x4...
