Teeny* Gossip Girl stars Penn Badgley and Ed Westwick graced the red carpet at last night's Teen Choice Awards.

Ed picked up the gong for 'TV Villain' - and looked suitably villanous next to Penn, here, mainly because he was wearing a slightly foppish, almost cravat-like, scarf around his neck. And as we all know: good guys would never look this dandy.
