Lindsay Lohan glittered in green sequins, while Samantha Ronson showed off those tattoos of hers, as they celebrated Samantha's 31st birthday in West Hollywood on Thursday night.

The party took place at Matsuhisa sushi restaurant, and their guests - who were treated to ice-cream from a truck parked outside all evening - included Nicole Richie, who was sporting a white blouse teamed with a high-waisted black skirt and black, gladiator-style heels. Apparently.

Lindsay, meanwhile, was sporting a diamond rock on her wedding ring finger - so are the rumours true, and are she and Ms Ronson engaged? Who knows... but as long as they're happy, eh?
