Hayden Panettiere unveils a vampish new look

Or rather: was Hayden Panettiere on Friday night. At the impossibly titled Netflix LIVE! On Location Band From TV concert in LA. The Band From TV being a charity covers band made up of stars from Lost, Desperate Housewives and Heroes - hence Hayden's presence.

Hayden's presence with a new, short, 'do, vampish red lips and a vampish black mini dress. But then, 'Panettiere' is the French word for 'vamp'. No, really. It is.
