Coleen Rooney chuckles at the credit crunch

While the rest of us fear the day we might be forced to shop from the sale rails, Coleen hasn't decided to slow her spending one bit. With 'one bit', meaning, ooo, £1000.

She splashed £20,000 at her favourite boutique, Cricket, in under two hours at the weekend. Now that's fast work.

The Liverpool shop was shut while its entire new autumn/winter range was brought out for her to peruse. Poor Col' couldn't decide what to buy... so she snapped up the entire collection.

A source told the Daily Mirror, 'She spent hours looking at clothes, picking out £1,000 dresses like they were, well, going out of fashion.'

We don't suppose Coleen will be queuing up at the 'Returns' counter come Monday. Sigh.
