Literally.

Here was Jennifer Lopez back on the block in New York this week - doing a photoshoot for Elle magazine and looking just lovely, of course, in a gorgeous red and white Oscar de la Renta dress...

...which was obviously too small for her, and therefore had to have some extra material and stitching put in at the back.
