Heroes' Milo Ventimiglia 'planning to propose to Hayden Panettiere'

If you're Hadyen Panettiere, you might want to look away now.

Hayden's beau - and Heroes co-star - Milo Ventimiglia is apparently planning to pop the question* of his not-unattractive girlfriend. Even though she's only 18. Mind you, he's 31, so he should know what he's doing - right?

According to InTouch Weekly, Milo "rrecently confided to a friend that... he wants to get engaged, preferably this year." The friend tells the gossip magazine: "Milo was looking at rings in late June. He really likes Cartier and intends to spend around $200,000."
