Mel B to replace Sharon Osbourne on 'The X Factor'. Probably.

melglasgow.jpgMel B isn't just a Spce Girl and the face (etc) of Ultimo underwear. She's also likely to be the new judge on The X Factor - after Sharon Osbourne sensationally quit the £500,000 job. As you do, when you're only offered £500,000.

"Mel's in pole position to join the judging panel," a show source tells the News Of The World. "She's ideal and Simon Cowell is eager for her to join the team."

Simon Cowell's eager? Sounds like a done deal to me.
