Jessica Alba has a baby girl!

Not sure why I put an exclamation mark there. I mean, it's not as if it's a surprise that Jessica Alba was expecting a baby at some point.

But that some point has arrived! And she's had a girl!

Us magazine is reporting that stylish clothes horse actress Jessica and her husband Cash Warren became proud parents at the weekend, with Baby Alba (whose name we don't know yet) being born at every celebrity's favourite hospital, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

"Alba's father was overheard saying 'she's beautiful'", reports the mag."Warren - in a T-shirt, jeans and baseball cap - was spotted carrying food into the maternity ward Sunday."

What? It's eating food already? Darn those celebrity babies and their advanced skills!
