Is Kelly Osbourne the new Ugly Betty?

Kelly Osbourne left the Radio One studios in London yesterday looking for all the world like Britain's - oops, no, America's - answer to Ugly Betty. But then, Ugly Betty is America's answer to Ugly Betty, isn't she? So that doesn't quite work. Hmm.

Anyway, Kelly looked uber-geeky - and I don't mean that as necessarily a bad thing - in her red coat, red hairband and red glasses. Oh, and red toe-nails. Could she possibly be having a bit of a 'red phase' at the moment?
