Paris Hilton stops traffic in London

Yes, a bottle of perfume wasn't the only thing Paris Hilton was holding up yesterday.

London's Oxford Street came to something of a standstill, too - as the actress/singer/designer of dog clothing arrived at Selfridges to launch her new scent Can-Can. Along with her boyfriend Benji Madden, and her mum and dad. Well, you know how much Americans like London...

Dressed in a figure-hugging white dress, a crazy white hat and Christian Louboutin heels - and looking for all the world like America's answer to a footballers' wife - Paris gushed to her waiting 'fans': "I hope you like my perfume as much as I do. I love you all."

And with that, the ego had landed.
