Michelle Williams returns to the spotlight at Cannes Film Festival

michellecannes.jpgActress Michelle Williams has been making her first public appearances since Heath Ledger's death - on and off the red carpet in Cannes.

Last night, she attended a premiere wearing vintage Chanel Haute Couture - but for today's photocall for her new film Synecdoche, New York, she appeared with co-stars Samantha Morton and Catherin Keener in an understated blouse, purple skirt and blue jacket.
