Phoebe Price: Who the frock are you?

Something like the Stateside version of Katie Price, it would seem.

According to the New York Post Phoebe makes a full-time job out of working the red carpet in impossible-to-ignore oufits: a white snow bunny hat at one event. Massive, yeti-style pink leg warmers and a matching jacket at another. Purple tights and thigh-high boots clashing with the red carpet at a third.

Photographers file event photos in the order they're taken and Phoebe, as a wise wannabe, always shows up to events first. This means her peachy face arrives at the top of editors' photo pile.

With that kind of diligence, we can only imagine the self-claimed actress and model was thrilled to be papped stocking up on celebrity mags in LA with her pooch. Phoebe's sterling efforts have paid off! You can make yourself famous!

Her gifts don't just lie there either. Phoebe's a smart dresser and her creamy complexion looked amazingly good next to a black sundress, brightened up by some bejewelled flats. The dogtooth trilby was an interesting choice, but I guess if you want to be photographed you've got to give the photographers something worth taking.

As for the pup, naturally he wore a matching summer jacket.
