From the looks of this outfit: quite possibly a sort of hip-hop Bugsy Malone. Which must make Paris Hilton his moll. A moll in a maxi-dress, but still. A moll nonetheless.

Bugsy and Tallulah were making their entrance at the press conference to launch Paris Hilton's new TV show for MTV: the catchily titled Paris Hilton's My New BFF.

According to MTV, Paris's new show "will reveal the life of Paris, turn her fans into friends, and see what it takes to get close to one of the world's most well-known personalities."

The series apparently starts with La Hilton inviting 20 "potential best friends" to LA, where they'll all live under one roof and compete in various challenges designed to test their "loyalty, endurance, and girl politics."
