Pushing the boundaries of what women approaching the golden age of 50 should dress like, Madonna's opted for what looks like a PVC swimming cossie, black thigh-high (or thigh-very-high) boots and fingerless gloves, for her new Hard Candy album cover.

I suppose the photo shoot was an opportunity for the singer to glam up as she's used to being photographed in her slouchy gym wear.

She also sexed up for her photo shoot with Justin Timberlake, whom she collaborates with on the track 4 Minutes.
