Lindsay Lohan says no to fur

lindsay_eighties.jpgLindsay Lohan, eh? Pre-rehab, if someone had mentioned the words 'good' and 'cause' in the same sentence, she'd probably have flicked them the V sign and headed for the nearest bar.

But now reformed and back in the real world, it seems she's looking for a fresh start. Pictured here sporting a heart-shaped anti-fur badge, Li Lo is the latest in a string of stars jumping on the PETA campaign bandwagon.

Linds narrowly avoided being named as one of PETA's worst-dressed for some of her not so animal-friendly outfits last year. But now she's ditched her animal-hind coats for faux fur. Maybe next time she should ditch the leather jacket too?

I'm glad Lindsay is turning over a new leaf in the attitude stakes, but unfortunately the same can't be said of her fashion choices. I know Eighties-inspired style is still big news but the sometimes ginger, sometimes blonde and now dark-haired beauty demonstrates just how an Eighties overload can go wrong. Flashdance Leggings, Rambo bandanna and Miama Vice sunglasses. Ouch.

And then there's the tan. I don't get it. Lindsay is one of the few stars who could totally rock the pale and interesting look. But if she insists on fake tan, surely a star as big as her can get a little bit of help putting it on or at least someone to remind her to wash her hands!

Just a few pointers, Linds. I expect better next time.

I hate to break it to you, but LiLo owns at least seven fur coats. Check it out at http://deceiver.com/2008/03/12/maybe-shes-just-bragging-about-her-last-brazilian-wax/
