Reject the trend! Janet Jackson should know better

Y'know how it is when you're a pop star: every day your personal stylist comes in and says 'JANET darling! Mwah mwah - I've just brought some specially selected items for you which I ASSURE you are the height of fashion!!!!'

Most sane individuals, when presented with a school blouse and tie, crimpelene jumpsuit, alligator skin corset and er, Doc Martens, would say, 'Er, I know this is fashionable but it sure looks like s***t to me...'

Janet Jackson, presumably due to years of life at the coalface of superstardom, clearly doesn't have this 'insane fashion wear filter' any more. Hence she's dressed LIKE THIS singing live to the Nation on ABC's Good Morning America.

Janet, Janet...why don't you come round my house, I've got a nice little wardrobe of Jigsaw separates... they're not exciting...they're not cutting edge... but you wouldn't get laughed at in the street anymore...
