London Fashion Week Sunday round up

We had a rude awakening on Sunday morning, as we arrived at the BFC tents at 9am in time for Paul Costelloe's 9.30 show which was tweeds aplenty. The fash pack was already drinking champers and we spotted our first person in full evening wear! Telegraph editor Hilary Alexander sat in the front row scribbling away, but we later spotted her mouthing the words 'disappointing' to a photographer.

We were stuck with 10p-sized fashion bagels for food, so we quickly retreated from the fashion madness to Oriental Canteen round the corner for a slap-up Chinese meal.

Ben de Lisi surprised us all with his collection which featured rubber ra-ra skirts, liquid-like metallic trousers and sequins. Don't worry though, his bias-cut ballgowns for which he is most famous also made numerous appearances. The crowd was a mix of die-hard fashionistas, glossy Sloanes and celebs with Jimmy Choo and Mark Owen putting in an appearance.

We decided to eschew the fashion glitz for a bit and hang out in Topshop's New Gen Arms, a portion of the exhibition space decked like an old boozer complete with a pool table and giant Connect4!

At Ann Sofie Back in Baker Street the crowd was far more fashion-forward and young but the champagne was also flowing. Topshop photographers and street style bloggers were papping anyone and everyone which eerily mirrored Back's paparazzi themed show. If anyone could take Britney Spears, Heat Magazine and Kate Moss as sources of inspiration and produce an intelligent collection it's Ann Sofie Back.

And we did a bit of street style spotting of our own. We found a beautiful young lady with gorgeous accessories.
